Mr. Waqar Naqvi Designation: CEO Mr. Waqar Naqvi is an ICWA from the 1991 batch, and an MBA specialized in Finance & Marketing. He has close to 17 years of experience in investment, finance and mutual fund industry. His extensive career spans across all facets of financial services specially all functions of asset finance and asset management. Employers in his resume include Thermax, Apple Finance, Escorts Finance and GE TFS Ltd. In his last assignment before he joined Taurus Mutual Fund, Mr. Naqvi was Business Head, Portfolio Management Services and Offshore / International Business at Birla Sun Life AMC. Responsibilities: He is in charge of running day to day business of the organisation and leading the team of functional heads.

2.	Mr. R K Gupta Designation: Managing Director / Fund Manager More than 10 years with Taurus Mutual Fund in the capacity as MD. Earlier he was Managing Director of PNB Mutual Fund before joining this group. His total experience is 40 years.

Mr. Sanjay Parikh Designation: Chief Operating Officer Sanjay is a rank holder Chartered Accountant and is also a Charter Holder of the CFA Institute, USA. He has over 17 years of diverse experience with exposures to various industries including life insurance and mutual funds. He started his career with Arthur Anderson & Co and was with them for four years advising clients on tax and regulatory issues. He joined the Aditya Birla Group in the Chairman's Office and was handling diverse sectors such as cement, carbon black, sponge iron, insulators, telecom, etc. He moved to Birla Sun Life Insurance where he set up the Accounting, Taxation and Investment divisions of the Company and also designed and launched many of its insurance products as the head of Product Management. Later, Sanjay moved to Birla Sun Life Asset Management as its Chief Financial Officer overseeing the functions of operations, finance and customer services. Responsibilities: At Taurus Asset Management, Sanjay heads the Finance, Operations, Customer Services and I.T functions of the Company.

4.	Ms. Deepa Varshnei Designation: Executive Vice President More than 7 years with Taurus Mutual Fund. Earlier with PNB and PNB Mutual Fund handling accounts and audit. Her total experience is 24 years.

Mr. Amit Gupta Designation: Vice President and Country Head – Retail Sales Mr. Amit Gupta is an MBA in Finance from Maharishi University of Management, Lucknow, with over 10 years experience in the Mutual Fund Industry. He started his career with Birla Sun Life Asset Management Company where he worked for 9 years in diverse roles across various geographies. Mr. Amit was in charge for Business in South and was designated Zonal Head - South and Head of the Institutional Business for the Western Region and the state of UP. Responsibilities: He heads the All India Sales of the company.

Mr. V. Sasidhar Designation: Head – Customer Service Mr. V. Sasidhar is an M.Com from University of Madras, with 17 years of experience in financial services and mutual funds. He started his career with Nelco Limited, moving to GIC AMC where he was Senior Executive. He then joined Birla Sun Life AMC as Assistant Manager. Focused on Customer Service; his experience includes managing over multiple acting Registrar and Transfer Agents to the Fund Houses. Responsibilities: He heads Customer Service, recruitment and training across the country.

Ms. Sangeeta Verma Designation: Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer Ms. Sangeeta Verma is a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and MBA(Fin.) with approx. 5 years of experience in Mutual Fund Industry and 3 years in I.T. Industry. Responsibilities: She looks after the Compliance function and is the Company Secretary.

Mr. Nazish Ahmed Designation: Head - Marketing Mr. Nazish Ahmed is an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Indira Institute of Management Studies, Pune and also have acquired an M.A with specialization in Business Administration from University of Pune. He has 8 years of experience in Marketing and Brand & Communication. He has worked extensively in marketing on both sides of the table. He started his career with Ogilvy One Advertising, where he looked after Account Management. He then moved to the client side of the table, joining ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited as Manager, Direct Marketing. Prior to joining Taurus Mutual Fund, he was an integral part of the Brand & Communications Team at Reliance Money, a company of Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group. He was instrumental in the development and launch of the new corporate identity of the group and brand launch of Reliance Money. Responsibilities: He looks afterthe Marketing and Brand Communication of the Company

Mr. C M Mathur Designation: Executive Vice President 9 years with Taurus Mutual Fund. 5 years in Merchant Banking with HB-Portfolio Limited. Earlier with Unit Trust of India as Deputy General Manager handling stock market operations, marketing, management of schemes etc. His total experience is 40 years.

Mr. Ravi Khanna Designation: Head HR & Administration. Mr. Ravi Khanna has 8years of experience in HRM. in his last assignment he was with HDFC Ergo General insurance as Manager HR and had a pan India responsibility. Responsibilities: He is responsible for leading HR & Admin team to create Taurus as a best employer under the guidance from CEO.
